Physique Of The Week
This competition is open to any Male who is 16 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entries will not be returned. No purchase entry. Incomplete, damaged, low quality, heavily modified or illegible entries may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Physique Of The Week. In applying to Physique Of The Week, you agree to grant us permission to print your full name. You also agree that you own the photo and provide a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish and modify your image for any Physique Of The Week campaign, in any media worldwide, at any time. It’s important to note, however, that no copyright or ownership will be transferred to Physique Of The Week.
Contestants agree to indemnify Physique Of The Week, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and all judges (collectively “Physique Of The Week”) for all legal costs, including solicitors fees, in the event that Physique Of The Week is named in, or threatened to be named in, any lawsuit, arbitration, mediation, or other legal or equitable action arising from their participation in the contest.
Entries are reviewed by Physique Of The Week who will decide which applicants are successful. Physique Of The Week’s decision is final.
Once the competition has started, Physique Of The Week cannot judge, cannot vote and cannot contribute to any to any applicants campaign. The competition is judged solely on likes from third party users. The winner will be notified by email within two days of the competition ending. Only votes cast on the website will be counted. No likes on wall posts or other websites will be counted. These are their own entities and will not count towards your total.
Voting for this competition is active from launch on Tuesday until 15:00 GMT the following Tuesday. A countdown timer is viewable at the top of the website. Votes placed after 15:00 GMT on Tuesday may appear as registered but will not be counted.
Prizes received may vary slightly from advertisements due to sponsors and stock, but will never downgrade in quality and will be of equal, or greater value. No cash alternatives available. Winner Prizes may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Physique Of The Week reserve all rights to change prizes and sponsors at any time without prior warning.
Winners from the UK will receive £100 worth of Optimum Nutrition Supplements. Winners from the US will receive £100 worth of Monster Supplements, which will then be converted into a dollars dependent on the current exchange rate.
Applications are accepted World-Wide. However due to our sponsors and shipping costs, we can only ship prizes to the United Kingdom and the United States. Winners outside of these countries will still be granted a winners interview.
Winner interviews are conducted via a form on the website. Questions are not flexible, though you may add in any information you feel is necessary at the discretion of Physique Of The Week. Physique Of The Week reserves the right to edit and amend your comments, spelling and grammar.
Winners interviews are only offered to winners who speak fluent English. There is no discrimination or racism in this, but the staff we have only speak one language and we do not have the resources available to translate.
Application entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Physique Of The Week reserve the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, Physique Of The Week’s decision shall be final. Physique Of The Week reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
Article Submission
Articles should be between 500 and 1,500 well written words. Submissions may be rejected for the following reasons: Article comes across as spam. Subject matter or format is not relevant for the Physique Of The Week Website. Article is too short (under 400 words). Article is riddled with spelling / grammatical / formatting mistakes or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. The Author fields do not provide a legitimate first and last name. The pictures provided are not appropriate, of too small a dimension, or are of poor quality.
By submitting your article you declare that you are the sole owner and author of the article and own 100% of the copyrights pertaining in the article, or have permission from the owner or author to submit the article to Physique Of The Week. You retain all rights and copyrights to your article. You are giving permission to Physique Of The Week to publish your article on our website or any of our email newsletters. You also agree to grant us permission to print your full name, and a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish and modify your image(s) for any Physique Of The Week campaign, in any media worldwide, at any time. It’s important to note, however, that no copyright or ownership will be transferred to Physique Of The Week.
Payment for your article will only be issued if it is published on the Physique Of The Week site (or any of it’s sister sites). No payment will be issued for rejected articles.
Regular Articles
Physique Of The Week agrees to give full credit to the authors of regular articles. Physique Of The Week will only publish your Facebook, Twitter and YouTube profiles with your permission. Physique Of The Week will pay £30 for a regular article. This is non-negotiable.
Regular Articles
Ghost Written articles will not be credited. We may present the article with a different author for marketing purposes. Physique Of The Week will pay £50 for ghost written articles. This is non-negotiable.
