When did you start training and what motivated you to start?
Since I was a little girl I have always had a passion for sports. I began at a dance studio and made it to elite plan. I discovered my interest for fitness for about a year ago and it has been a big part of my life ever since. I was contacted by Youssef Badran, who told me about WBFF. It really caught my eye, so I decided to compete at the WBFF Danish Championship, on the 19th of May 2012. So many good things came out of my participation, and it will certainly not be the last time I will stand on the stage with such inspiring and amazing athletes!
My preparation for the show was so motivating, I really wanted to push myself as much as I could. It was great to actually see how much progress I made week by week. I started to feel bigger and stronger both physically and mentally.
A good quote that helped me when I was tired is: I never stop when I am tired. I only stop when I am done!

Belie in yourself, and fuck what other people think! Don’t compare yourself with others, just be your own, and the best version of yourself! Don’t let anything stop you achieving what you want!
What is your strongest bodypart? And how do you train it?
My strongest body part is probably my butt! Haha… Doing a lot of deep and heavy squats, squat with kickbacks, single leg squats, explosive lunges – They’re my favorite.
