Physique Of The Week is a weekly competition, judging some of the best bodies in the world. Anybody can apply, all you need is a Facebook profile, and successful applicants have the chance to win £100 worth of Optimum Nutrition Supplements or $150 worth of Monster Supplements, and an interview published right here on the site.

Each contest runs for 7 consecutive days (Tuesday – Tuesday) and is judged purely on likes off third party users. That means your friends can help you to win. Think smart! What is POTW Live!?

Physique Of The Week LIVE! is a variant of the Physique Of The Week competition. It is hosted once a year at the Bodypower Expo in Birmingham. It gives applicants the chance to compete to WIN A SPONSORSHIP with PhD or Optimum Nutrition, plus a cash prize of £500.
